Is it just me, or are the relative priorities a bit screwy?

You may well complain. but there's a TW thread running on the first page of STW and nothing on either the dead soldier or the rest of the stories.

Or do you think the Darius/Opera Star story should have top billing?

Keep worshiping those celebrities waste of space and you will get more of them intruding into your life for reminding you of their god sent status.

Absolutely, the zebra should be top and centre.

And the main story on the 10 O'clock news - WTF! The BBC is getting as bad as the Sun.

however sad it sounds soldiers die everyday it seems, it barely even registers with me anymore. So yeah perhaps the worlds best golfer is more important and that is a bit ๐Ÿ™

Personally I'd rate Catherine Jenkins in a nice dress as the main story.

I've just very actually complained to the BBC.

The Tiger Woods thing isn't even a story. "Sports star who had affairs says sorry". Wow. Stop the presses

Aargh - the newspaper today has a pic on page one then pages 2 and 3 of the news section, along with pages 1 to 5 of sport devoted to a complete non-story. Why can't they make up their minds - it's either sport or news, it's far from being important enough to be both.
