Have a greenhouse full of basil and parsley. What shall I do with it all?
Just made up some Pesto with basil, parsley, pine nuts, olive oil and a little Cheddar plus a clove of garlic(cos I have no Parmazan) but it seems lacking in something...
Any idea's?

Sorry TS, yup forgot to add I also added garlic... I may add some more...

Added more lemon juice, salt, garlic, olive oil and LOADS more basil and now it's pretty darn tasty...
Will remember to toast the pine nuts next time... And get parmazan!
