[Closed] Basic fabrication capability in Manchester

So I need a bit of 50mm square section welded to some 10mm plate and 4 holes drilled in the plate (for a bracket to mount behind a tow bar). I've got the box section and the plate only needs to be be 150mm x 200mm ish.
Anyone able to help in Manchester area for a bottle of [insert tipple of choice]??
