and...

you genuinely felt like making a new topic about the fact you're no doubt on your lonesome instead of cycling.

hmmmm. ๐Ÿ™„

All this might be because I have no bacon in the house of course.

Dry cured bacon, fried egg with runny yolk, red sauce, fresh white bloomer cut thick. There is no need for anything else!

Stick it in a foot long section of crusty French bread add a couple of sausages for your all day breakfast feast.
Mayo has no business here.

Plain bacon rather than smoked, runny egg, no sauce or seasonings, thick cut white bread dipped in the frying pan.

Mayo? Mentalist.

Tomato sauce when there's mixed produce, HP for pure meat or full English.

Without brown sauce you may as well throw it in the bin.

For a wedding anniversary present this year, my mother in law bought us a kilo of Mccaskie's black pudding (Wemyss Bay)

Lovely with scrambled egg on toast.

Anyhow, for a proper job your bacon roll needs either black pudding or haggis IMHO

wow hope your all joking about the sauces, I prefer bbq brown nowadays but to suggest anything with bacon on it can be ruined by the other ingredient/sauce is talking out of your arse.. it got bacon on it, it'll be great.
Cheers, I'm stuffing my gob full of a bacon, RED SAUCE with Brie on a soft baguette
