Goes down a treat on the BBQ as well, actually.

First lot last week, seared with, steamed sea bass, lemon roast new spuds and fresh basil hollandaise sauce. Lovely.

Just had some in a risotto with lemon, mint and loads of parmesan and butter. Very nice. Stinky piss here we come!

Also very good wrapped in bacon, baked in the oven and dunked in soft boiled eggs.

Apparently the smelly pee doesn't affect everyone. Anyone know what that is all about?

Lightly grilled, drizzled with a little olive oil and sprinkled with Stilton.

You see that in my mind would overpower the subtle flavour?

I just like Asparagus with a little hollandaise sauce or butter & some fresh ground black pepper.

Another vote for sea-salt and olive oil, pop in the oven until the tips go crispy.

BBQ until tender and all smokey tasting even on a gas BBQ
chuck em in a casserole thingy and put some balsamic vinegar, lemon juice salt and pepper.
