Had the engineer round today to fix some minor problems on my laptop today....
replacement screen was damaged when he took it out of the box....
wrong casing sent...
not enough screws sent...
connector fell off the motherboard (still don't know what it was for)...
OS refused to boot and I had to do a full refresh so have now lost all my applications and settings....

oh and I was all set to go out on a ride and now missed a lovely evening 🙁
