@13thfloormonk - Gavin gaurds the electricty meter with a web set in front of the LCD display. When I go to get a reading I have to move him/ her out of the way due to a thorax and abdomen each big enough to block a digit.

Apparently when I live in Utah I will have to learn to kill spiders because you can’t tell the really deadly ones from the harmless ones.
According to popular perception, that's what the Americans think about their neighbours as well.
