Pic looking down in to Newcastle from Saturdays ride round Slieve Donard in the Mournes. Donard is on the right. You can just see my riding buddy bottom right wearing an orange jacket.

Cracking picture Pauly.

We're likely doing Coast to Coast of Irelend in 2011(England last year, Scotland this year, Wales next). My mate who goes over there often recons E - W in southern Ireland, so I doubt we'll get that in. Spectacular for sure though.

Love the Mournes one. Great hills (done the MMM a couple of times)

Cheers guys. The pic was taken at about 600m looking north over Newcastle towards Belfast. Very steep descent that is uber technical (unrideable in places) and just gets faster and faster. I trashed a brand new LUST High Roller on that descent about 5 mins after the pic was taken!
This pic was taken from the south side of the Mournes the previous week. The first pic was taken from the head of the valley on the right.
