If you can see the pudding in the custard, there is not enough custard.
But if you thrust the nozzle through the moist pastry, you can fill the pie with cream....

Phwoar.
I was denied pudding twice last night.
First, a chocolate fudge cake.
THEN, a sticky toffee pudding.
I had to settle for choccy tiffin with a bowl of ice cream - chocolate and raspberry sauces both provided.
I love Pete's Eat's sometimes - they never turn a drama into a crisis.

I did a batch of blackberry whiskey that was ready in time for christmas. Would have been sacrilege to waste the whiskey infused blackberries. A friends wife (who is a bloody good cook) made the most delicious (if rather potent 😯 ) blackberry and apple crumble for our new years eve supper. Lashings of creamy custard or course 🙂
I scream you scream we all scream for ice cream . Without sounding like an art critic it is the juxtaposition of piping hot and freezing cold . Yeah boy
