I love it, by chance I booked this week off work so watching loads of it.

Great day off today, gym, run, ride, walk the dog so now kicking back with a vodka and Ronnie (football in the background).

Always want Ronnie to win, but seriously impressed with Si, and Allen having a great season as well.

Anyone else into the Rohypnol like qualities of a night with JV & co?

I’ve just finished 4 nights so I’ll have no problem sleeping tonight.

Love it.

Watch as much as I can every year. Went and watched a match too last week. Reckon the Hiigins/Selby match is gonna be good.

Higgins Selby is poised - two all time greats.

Do enjoy a Selby one hour frame - grinding his opponent to dust. Higgins too canny for that, and has a formidable baulk end game himself, should be good tomorrow.

Ronnie's aris dropped today - the baize can do that to a man. Good for Brecel though, best he's done at the crucible by miles.

Selby must be a huge fav - other semifinalists not near his level over 33 / 35 frames.

In bits and bats yeah, enjoy playing it too (badly I may add!) Caught Brecels brilliant comeback against RoS.

Amazing from Selby there - historic clearance.

Brecel played well but not enough frames in the bank, hard to see him prevailing from here.

Amazing session.

Love Selby. Got to expect him to be even stronger tomorrow. Brecel been great but did make a couple of mistakes this evening having looked flawless for a while.

Shaping up to be a great match between two very different but equally great players.  Looking forward to tomorrow.

i love snooker but missed the 147 will def have to watch the highlights.

i reckon mark will win the match and championship but luca is playing great and it will go down to the wire (no doubt i will be wrong though).

i just wish there was a snooker club local to me that i could go to (we used to have a good club here in devizes but alas it closed down about 20 odd years ago). nearest one is either swindon or chippenham (not great when you don't have a car).

Been watching it live (even the sloooow/very tense semi that went on till daft o clock Saturday night/Sunday morn) I'd like Luca to win overall but Selbys 147 was brilliant.

Yep, looking forward to this.

Brecel was pulling some incredible shots out of the bag last night, I love his fearless style of play. I suspect that Selby will grind him down ultimately though.

I’d like Luca to win overall but Selbys 147 was brilliant

Agree with this, first time in years I've been willing Selby on.

Fantastic start. I don’t usually root for a specific player to win, just enjoy the game. But I would love to see Luca win this.

Perfect start for Luca. Seems totally unphased by Selby's comeback last night.

I love the snooker. Used to go with work to watch the Masters at Wembley, job was escorting people with severe epilepsy to the matches, that resulted in some interesting stories..

Selby 147 was fantastic but I find his pace of play a bit annoying. Also, have a look at how much he chalks his cue. Once you notice it, you can't stop noticing it. Although that might just be me getting easily annoyed, a bit like watching doubles tennis players insisting on touching hands after every point. Yep, I'm just easily annoyed.

Didn't see this coming. Selby needs at least 3-1 in the next mini session.

Well that was fun. Selby got quite a few lucky breaks at the end of the afternoon session / beginning of the final one, but capitalised brilliantly. Looked like he wasn’t going to miss anything and I got so worried for Luca I checked the odds on Selby at 16-13 but 6-4 wasn’t enough and I (thankfully) didn’t take it.

When Selby finally cracked though it was with two catastrophic misses and Luca closed it out with style and panache. Love the way he plays, great for the game, particularly in Belgium!
