These folks

MrsIHN has her eye on something that's got a good price on there, but it looks like they're in Spain. Anyone used them, any good?

A quick Internet search would suggest that they're legitimate but shit.  I wouldn't.

I've used them. Takes longer and subject to VAT, import duties etc if over the magic number.

Yeah I've used them before, I had a bike that had been sat in storage for 3 years and in that time the SRAM guide brake levers on that bike siezed up because the plastic piston inside degraded. Calipers and hoses were still fine.

They were the only place on the net selling replacement levers for a good price, the rest were either lever hose and caliper or if I did find levers only it was about £50 more each unit so I ordered them from deporvillage and it was about 15 days until they arrived due to customs etc.

I was also at one point looking for a lezyne tubeless flow bottle cage which has the 2x co2 canisters and multitool, they were the only place I could find it in stock so ordered it from them too, took about 8 days delivery for that one.

I think I have bought a Thule part from them via Amazon before, took ages but arrived and hassle free.

I live in France.....so obv the vat/duty aspect isn't an issue

I've used them a few times, both mail order (including a bike delivered within 3 days) and at their superb store in Granada...if ever you're passing I suppose.

They're based quite near me in Cataluna, ordered a POC helmet on monday. Their courier claimed that I took delivery of it on Wednesday but this was false. I tried contacting them but their chat facility was borked. The helmet turned up on Thursday so all's fine but no excuse for falsifying the tracking info.
