Just seen that the lease (18 years remaining) is up for sale for The Mortal Man in Troutbeck. Ace riding on the doorstep and a pretty stonking turn-over too. Always thought that place could be made a LOT better....
It's on Rightmove if anyone is interested.

Can't see it on Rightmove but it does look like a lovely business opportunity from their website.
