I can't, and I couldn't care less tbh. it's not a particularly essential life skill, chicks aren't impressed by it and job interviews don't ask for it...
I means you can't do a sexy, "Oops, i seem to have dropped my pen, let me bend over and get it..." in a job interview.

Essential skill for putting socks on surely? I can't lift my feet up towards me, cos I get cramp!

I can't before a ride, but I can after. Physio said it was a sign of tightened up ham strings, which in turn was the cause of the agonising shooting pains in my leg.
