Get yourself a copy of the river cottage bread book. Detailed instructions which are very beginner friendly, a project I'm defo gonna have a go at. Hardest thing is getting a hold of the right type if clay IIRC.

My brother built himself one of those pizza ovens. He saysit great when you've got people round.
