Had a free go last night and it was good. It felt like I'd been doing sit ups once I'd got home.
Has anyone benefitted from using a machine or had any mishaps?
I would do 10 minutes a day and hope to strengthen my core.
No doubt I would benefit more from going to the gym. This place is next door but one to my shop so would definitely do this whereas I'd never go to a gym.

I've been accused of being a "Regular Oscillator" a few times but I've never used a machine for it. Tell us more.

It's the fitness equivalent of a get-rich-quick-scheme.
FWIW I know someone who bought one from a local salon which was going out of business. It doesn't look like it's helped any.
