We're off on a 3 day charity ride to Bruges at the end of the month and the support van driver has asked if I could get some signs for his van. Anybody do it or know where we could get a good deal?

don't know if it's a good deal, but vistaprint do them online

Try sign builder on the web. Have used them for DIY vinyl sign writing with good results.
