hows the fishing where you are?
In derbyshire the rivers very high & fast & looks like chocolate, I have not cast a line for some time, I hope it gets better so I go catch some pike again
Just bought a couple of telescopic lure rods to try out on the Garonne. No idea what I'm doing, but hoping to catch some trout for the table.
The problem is fitting in the fishing between the riding, eating, drinking and sleeping.
Bit early for the Bass to chase the lure. Most of the river mouths carrying too much debris to try for mullet or sea trout 🙁
River Thames on fire...
Went out last weds, 5 mins in and a nice 6lb +,
Next cast small jack, later on lost a much bigger fish...
Only problem is illegal fishing and set lines... If you see them try and report...
