Apologies for the link

Can't say I'd watch the biopic. The book was a bit rubbish.

Yeah the book wasn't great! I have to admit to being a bit of a peppers obsessive around the BSSM period. Learning bass around that time they were a big inspiration. But Kiedis does seem a bit of a tool.

Edit: That being said I'll probably watch it out of curiosity.

That would be a waste of time.

Flea's book is good. 🙂

I used to love RHCP, but I still think I will wait till he is dead before still not watching it.

Just because people are successful and/or famous doesn't mean they have interesting lives.

Kiedis has definitely had an interesting life!
But despite that, and despite the fact that in the book he presumably told his own story (if not actually writing it), he still managed to come across as a bit of a tosser.
(See also Bez, who comes off even worse in his own book!)

Thought the book was terrible.

get hooked on drugs, shag a gorgeous girl, get off drugs…..repeat, repeat, repeat

Actually that makes it sound a lot better than it was!

Ive heard flea”s book is good but Kiedis one has put me off it.
