Second the Knipex Cobra 100mm; tiny but powerful

For anything with flat edges - bolts, glands etc, the pliers wrench are unbeatable - they dont move from their adjusted position and the jaws stay parallel. I've got 125mm up to 350 (or 400?)

there’s a gap in the market for an all in one bike multitool which includes: decent mini pliers; a chain tool; all the usual screwdrivers hex & torx keys; and perhaps some tyre levers a chain hook amongst other things.

Agreed. My lad wants a multi tool for his birthday and as well as a knife and tweezers he wants pliers and Allen keys.

How about this:

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Bibury-Multi-Tool-Multitools-Screwdriver-Activities/dp/B07QJ91VS8/ref=pd_di_sccai_cn_sccl_1_46/257-0424761-1050358?pd_rd_w=DW5Y8&content-id=amzn1.sym.28b667fc-d910-49a3-b09e-2f77aa546f69&pf_rd_p=28b667fc-d910-49a3-b09e-2f77aa546f69&pf_rd_r=GKT0158GWPMH4CSRY14S&pd_rd_wg=DxVkK&pd_rd_r=63f2fc29-3a2a-4521-a59d-2b2b1e28c26d&pd_rd_i=B07QK3WH7D&th=1

I have no idea of the quality as I've never heard of the company, but it looks like the driver is standard size, so you could fit your own allen bits.

Edit - I also have no idea what is going on with that link, sorry. Try searching for:

BIBURY Multi-Tool, 21 in 1 Multitools Pliers with Rope Cutter, Can Opener, Screwdriver, EDC Tools for Camping, Outdoor Activities, Repairing

on Amazon

Nah, pretty sure they are the flat section (rather than hex) similar to those used by Leatherman

Just a thought. “Allen Keys and Pliers” would be a great name for a band.
