Made a mistake on booking forgot to read all the info and got surname and first name wrong way round...
Called airline straight away when i realised on e tickets what i had done expecting them to just switch the names around to the right order... nope £30 a change!!
I admit my mistake and admit it will take someone time to correct it but this is an electronic form and ticket so surely its not £30 worth of worth..
Has anyone ever manage to negotiate around this charge??
Feel free to flame me for being an idiot but i was rushing at work and am already plenty annoyed at myself for what looks like will be wasting £60..
My only hope now is to get me £60 worth of customer services time emailing me back as when i feel i have flogged this issue to death i'm gonna start on why Golf clubs which are a bulky item are included in your baggage allowance and bikes aren't...
