We all probably have a view on this subject, is it cheating, is it real art etc.
As a Analogue Artist (never thought I ever say that) I think this a great tool.
Anyway, fancy a bit of fun... fire up Stable Diffusion and try the prompt:

Oh I give up. Despite an ai drawing a lovely picture of a goldfish for me, and everything else AI can do, I just cannot post a picture of an AI generated goldfish to this forum.

True. But not always, it's going to be a great tool. I don't think ordinary artists or creatives have anything to worry about.
