I have a Renault Kadjar which has parking sensors fitted. Mrs Alongo is not very confident parking the car even with the sensors, has anyone got any recommendations for aftermarket cameras fitting. I think you can get Renault to retrofit the cameras used in the higher model for around £600 but wondered if there are any diy good quality kits out there . Thanks .
I fitted one from ebay on my Vito, it was specifically to fit where the number plate light sits (it also includes another lamp for the number plate). Hard wired it through after hearing problems with some wireless systems and connected it to the head unit of my stereo (that has camera input).
Quality is very good with distance markers overlaid on the image, cost me about £30 from memory with the long extension cable.
I got a Boscam one from Amazon for my van ..It's mint. Pretty easy to fit.. Tiny little camera mounted above the numberplate.
