OK, Ive just sold a Castelli Squadra jacket as it was not waterproof 🙁

Nah, the squadra is Castellis boil in the bag, stick it in your pocket and hope you don't have to wear it jacket.
The best, by far and away the best foul weather jacket is the Castelli Gabba, either short or long sleeved. Good for hours in the rain, but only if it's cold enough.
Squadra works much better with the arms cut off at the elbow, as do all jackets of that type. ..
