i would like something small for charging gps, phone, camera to chuck in my bag when doing long distances and being a bit of a technophobe could do with some advice please.

Have a shufti on ebay, I've got one with two USB ports, 5500mAh, cost about £15-20. I have seen one that's 9900mAh, but I don't have details to hand at the mo'.
Works really well, use it for my phone,iPod,external Mini-X speakers...
and my camera as well.
