Stayed here before now, nothing 5* but what do you really want?? http://www.tynygroes.com/
It was cheap, friendly staff, comfy beds, hot water, excellent food, cold beer, very bike friendly and close (a mile or so) to the visitor centre at CYB.
Sure there are other places but I'd go back
