Really nicely done, probably the slickest video i've seen this year so far however a pretty conservative choice of music with some glaring omissions!

Running joke with Chris Martin/Coldplay liking almost everything.

Hmmm, I wasn't as keen as you all are - it seemed to labour on some bands (ie Journey) and barely touched on others (Iron Maiden, Judas Priest). I don't recall seeing any PWEI either and they should have been on there.

Very intersting concept. Really like the facebook timeline too.

Questionable selections, in my opinion.

Some of them maybe, but I guess it depends on what you class as 'rock'. It's a broad brush to paint some of those groups with, but I think it works as a whole.

So "rock" includes a bit of Elvis, a whole hefty bog-blocking dollop of DuranDuran, and one black guy (Hendrix)... I guess there's Slash too. Obviously no women. It's a view I suppose. Not mine, but hey. Very well executed.
