I ordered some stuff from the shop at the start of the month and haven’t received it yet. Does anyone have contact details for the shop? I understand that it may be delayed at the moment and am not in a huge rush, but just want to check whether it has been sent yet or not as it may have got lost in the post. I’ve tried emailing despatch@ but have not received any reply.

Thursday update:
Charlie has made it home. As you may be aware we are running a very strict policy of 1 person only at the office. Charlie is heading in at 2pm tomorrow to start on the despatch. He reckons it will take him 3 hours to get everything packed and over the post office.

Managed to change my Gin Club delivery but not the 512 gb ipod classic until they try to deliver.
If its easier to post to work and then sort it with delivery company its fine

Long time subscriber here. But needed an excuse for a new belt and beanie!
don’t want to risk anything with him having to travel in so we’ve told him to stay away. That’s putting a delay on despatching until we get Charlie back, hopefully at some point this week or the next.
So what we have is the largest stack of outstanding orders I’ve ever known us to have, and an almost complete bottle neck on despatch
Don’t stress on the delivery, I’m sure folks will understand if stuff takes a couple of weeks more than usual.
Charlie packed up 5 sacks of orders yesterday and got 2 sacks to the post office before they shut at 3. The others will go out Monday.
Just ordered a mug, absolutely no rush on it arriving whatsoever. Would much rather everyone stayed safe and it arrived after all this has calmed down than it arrive next week and someone get ill.
