Hi bullheart, we've never met or chatted online, but I always read your updates, and no matter how you feel like you've been to your family, they will always know that you are the strongest person they will ever meet in their lives, I can honestly say you have the strongest drive of anyone I will ever hear of, to keep fighting this long is a credit to you and all your family.
Fight on👍👍👍👍👍
Good luck OP for future treatments, hope the India thing works out.
Mark - I really don’t want to p*** on your bonfire and I assume you’ve spoken to your oncologist already but just in case not..
NHS legislation means you can’t combine private and NHS treatment. I believe buying a drug but having administration / monitoring would class under “receiving ... care at the same time” on this Linky
Therefore buying this drug yourself may mean that you are required to fund the care side too and may explain some of the cost differences you see between buying direct and within the uk. If you haven’t done yet, personally I would investigate this first, you don’t want to be landed with an unaffordable bill retrospectively.
Sorry to be negative.
