I was watching that thinking wouldn't it be cool if they were a human sized alien species with all the same behaviours instead of tiny ants. They would be awesome.

It was almost like some kinda Hollywood movie at the end! Ferocious little blighters, programmes and the effort/time/quality are worth the licence fee alone!!

Agreed. Didn't see this one, but the standard of natural history filming from the Beeb is simpy brilliant.

Thats nowt, I heard of a bloke who spent 3 years in the Scotchland Highlands trying to film Wildcats (proper Wildcats, not feral/Wildcats)
Apparently he saw 2.
