the courier being used is called dpd, does any body know of them or dealt with them?
Yep deal with them through work, usually pretty good but their drivers are hit and miss. The arrangement with our company is such that their drivers get commission for every successful delivery.
Call them as soon as you can to complain and im sure they'll sort it.
they were closed today, will be closed tomorrow as its a Sunday, and Monday is a bank holiday 🙁
Try calling them tomorrow or monday our company use them and they deliver 9am - 10pm every day including bank holidays. Unless this is a special agreement between the 2 companies, not sure 😕
i have tried all day as i was meant to be given a 1 hour time stamp but as such i have one, and my items have been in hub 3 since 2:20 am 🙁
They'll have closed at lunchtime, you better start trying to get the extra money you paid returned to you.
routeone have it stated that if the delivery time is not met then all the money paid on delivery will be refunded.
ffs i have caled both route one and the courier but they are closed
