I'd certainly recommend them...
Bought a Kind Shock i900 about Nov 08 - was much cheaper then superstar then. Good delivery time. It developed a fault about 10 months in - emailed and got a quick reply saying send it back. Did so and got an updated replacement.
If you email them I think it helps if you google translate your message as well and send that - can only help.

Good to here they dealt with a warranty claim quickly.

I've used them...only place I could get a replacement hose for my Zefal track pump. Quick delivery considering it was quite an odd part to stock and good price...I'd use them again.
