I had a bit of a crash on saturday and did this to my brake lever. I think I actually did this with my head, although I don't remember much about it...

Does anyone know if you can buy just the aluminium lever for XTR brakes, or do I need to buy a complete lever assembly?
Are you Uri Gellar?
I have a lever for sale as new!
How much do you want for it Postierich?
Still looking for an XTR lever if anyone knows anywhere where they can be bought separately.
try your LBS Shimano spares are available from Madison
If you want just a lever blade then your LBS can order 8U0 9806 from Madison. If you want a complete lever then they are available too.
+1LBS can order 8U0 9806 from Madison
Or if Postierich is doing a mega deal on that one buy it and flip the blade over to use it in your lever body.
Good job you posted that Mister P I was about to post two wrong numbers (Y-8U0 98030/98040)
How on earth did you manage that?
Many thanks Mister P, a replacement has now been ordered.
jcromton - I misjudged a drop off, went half over the bars and landed on the brake lever with my head as the bike twisted sideways underneath me. It was quite painful!
That diagram has been superceeded.
superseded?
No idea, I just saw it on Shimano's website.
