So I've got a set of XT rims and I just cant get the tyres to go onto the rim evenly. I probably should go tubeless but that's a different thread. I've tried putting a bit of air in and rolling it out but i'm getting all sorts of shapes in the tyre from the tube.
Has anybody got any tips?

lube the beads with some washing up liquid, pump it up to 60 psi
