Possible heading there for the uplift in a few weeks time,on a Friday: Are there any good, easy to follow xc routes nearby for the Saturday (not in the park itself)?

Lots of trail centre stuff to the south, north is Brecon so you've got the Gap etc.
Lots of info here about official routes.
