Im looking for a lightweight xc fork that would suit my chameleon.
The pikes are a bit overkill and heavy for trying to get back into racing. So they are coming offffffff
ANY Suggestions........
Revelations on our three
Perhaps an obvious question, but isn't a Chameleon itself overkill for racing? ๐
New Rebas with the maxle lite
Pikes
Not when you are trying to get fit on a budget.(no job for another month, at least)..what would you recommend for racing...Money no object.(when i get back to work that is)
Revs on mine.
I know nothing about XC racing, but surely url= http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=23297 ]this
plus this is cheaper than a set of Rebas and saves your poor Chameleon from the shame of bar-ends? ๐
shouldn't you run something around 150 on a Chameleon?
Revelations all the way

Thanks for the info guys..
Im gonna go for the rebas and buy a scott scale for the racing.
Nice bike nickc. Same colour as mine, except mine has the v-brake mounts aswell.. Old n minted...
Rebas on mine, it's hardly race spec though. You definately need to get something else for racing, chameleons are for hopping and jumping.
ive got fox float 140 down to 130,nice all round
