[#6254922]

Getting a little twinge in my knees and wondering if driving for a hour+ then grinding up South Wales trail centres is buggering my knees.
Using the same shoes, cleats, pedals and seat hight for the last few years but been 1x10 for only a few months.

Phew! That's good news. Thought I was going to have to by a 650b bike.

I have the same problem but also had it before I moved to 1x. I put it down to age.

3 knee arthoscopies here, largely all sorted and kept at bay by loads of riding and swimming. Key for me is high cadence spinning, keeping loads down. Burns the cals faster too ๐Ÿ˜€

I have the same problem. As in the post above, I don't feel any discomfort when riding. I too ride with a high cadence. It's my right knee and driving for half an hour + causes me discomfort.

For those that are saying yes - give me your clinical reasoning please. ๐Ÿ˜€
