I'm booked onto my favourite comfy chair and a packet of choccy digestives.

Matty Van der Poel for the win, with an outside bet on Tom Meuson

Sanne Cant for the win, with a cheeky challenge from Sophie De Boer.

Four Hundred Beer Tokens will be for the Saturday night only then..

You need more Tokens.

And Mayo

And Fries.

I'm really rather jealous of you going don't you know. Zolders going to be a great course and the atmosphere will be immense.

I am however locked to Eurosport and will enjoy both Mens and Ladies races (which are scheduled later in the evening)

Have fun, if you can still stand, take pics.

No more tokens available unfortunately,I have been to the road worlds a couple of times but never cross. They are limiting entrance to 80,000 apparently!! I can't imagine that many people on cross course,I doubt I will see much live racing TBH but who cares it's Belgium and it's the world champs so the atmosphere should be pretty amazing.

I'm watching on Youtube on the uci channel. Coverage starts from 9:50 with the junior mens race, where Tom Pidcock has a real chance of putting it on the podium/winning it.

Heading over first thing tomorrow, can't wait as we've a realistic chance of medals on Saturday and the big race on Sunday could be a classic.

I doubt I will see much live racing

Saturday will be much quieter so have a good walk round the whole course and scope a couple of spots out. Then get there early on Sunday and stay put. Really early, well before the U23 race.
