I'm thinking of heading out there soon, has anyone got a gpx file i can have of a decent trailsy loop.
I've not been for years so blindly following the garmin would help!
There's loads of wiggly criss-crossy loops, a single GPS trace won't really get you much as things are a bit changeable there as well and some routes can be no-go after they get churned up.
When are you thinking of heading out there? local knowledge/guide would be my suggestion, but if you want to Solo it then basically pick a fireroad, then everytime you see a bit of singletrack go and explore it!
There's some playful bits in the Yettington woods on the East side of the common that are worth a look too.
I'll see if I can dig out any GPX's of some old rides though.
