I mean will it weaken the frame where the insets are and where its potentially weak points are or are they ok. Its a Commencal meta hardtail new one.

Being a Commie, you'll order the frame and the wrong one will arrive, then you'll have to open a paypal dispute to force Greg The Liar to admit that they never actually had that frame in stock and they sent the wrong one on purpose, hoping you wouldn't realise... This actually happened, by the way.
Look at the number of frames on the market with internal cable routing - it'll be fine.
If not, it'll be under warranty anyway.
