[Closed] Will my Hope Pro 2's rear hub take a 142*12mm rear axle??

i have just bought a Trek Fuel EX8 2011 to replace my old Stumpy FSR. Can i get an adapter for the rear hub to enable me to swap wheels/axle to 142*12 at some stage?

i know i can use them as is by swapping skewers, just thinking forwards...

Course it'll need to be a full thickness spindle, or the hub will snap.

Yes, I've just done the same adaption for a Cube Stereo frame. You need to buy the Hope conversion kit @ £20-£25ish. This rear axle standard is also called X-12, your Pro2 hub will definitly adapt to X-12 (142mmX12mm)
