Got a stuck piston on my front brake, it's the older type SLX (M665). Can I replace the caliper and keep the M665 lever or should I just replace the lot?

I believe all the fittings and hoses are the same so yes it should be possible.
But no idea if leverage ratio or anything has changed and if meant it would feel very different or lack power or something else.
New Shimano brakes are pretty cheap these days. New Deore can be had for £35 an end which is what I would do.
