Got Mavic en321 at the moment which are 570g and 21mm (28 external). Is there anything atleast as wide (or wider) thats much lighter? I can live with them not being quite as strong

Have a look at the flow. Will save you 100 grams. Not sure of the exact width but its what I swapped my D321 for and I'm very happy with them.

Flows are 100g lighter. Lose your tubes to save even more.

Another vote for Flow's
I built a pair on Friday & very impressed with the quality of them, really nice & round to begin with, makes a refreshing change!

If you are after a wheelset then you can't go wrong with these - http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=63320

Sun Ringle Charger reduced at CRC - same width as the Flows, use Stans No Tubes tech, come with valves, tape, fluid. Light for the width at only 1825g for the pair and the rims have eyelets which over comes the only real weakness of the Flow.

Salsa Delgados if you can find anyone who still has some. They're 29mm exterior, quoted at 460g by the manufacturer and very, very tough.

FTFY.
