I know CRC do a 203 IS to PM adaptor for a 203 front rotor but ive got PM forks not IS. Ive got 203 rotors front and rear but cant fit the brakes. Im using a shimano PM-PM 203 on the front at the moment with a few washers behind the mount to give the extra clearance and works OK but ive no rear brake mount. Do they do proper mounts for PM-PM front and IS-PM 203 rear??

203mm is ENORMOUS for a rear brake. It's pretty damn big for a front in fact. A lot of frames aren't designed for it either. I know this isn't totally what you're looking for but my advice, stop messing about with vast rotors.
