I'm searching for the "right" saddle - tried several but not quite found it yet.
Except..... the saddles that came "stock" on a Cannondale CAAD8 and a CAADX are both pretty good, albeit heavy and with branding that doesn't suit the bike it'll be on (Giant).
I assume Cannondale don't make saddles, they just buy them off a company who does, so I could look to that company for a saddle of the "right" shape.
Do you know who makes them?
Fabric?
Probably OEM stuff from Velo.

Yes, my Trigger came with a Cannondale branded WTB saddle as well.
Most probably Velo who make saddles for an awful lot of people
My 2016 FSi came with a Prologo. Soon swapped out for Selle Italia

My CaadX saddle has Selle Royale stamped on the reverse.
I just had a closer look at the underside - my CAADX has “Velo” moulded in tiny letters - so that’s clear then!
Now to find a similar shaped non branded version!
