Looking at Charge spoon.
Anybody tried one, Any others (Must be White)
Yes I've tried one (one on one of my bikes now), what do you want to know?
Plenty of other white saddles out there too... Off the top of my head:
SDG Bel Air (also got one of these)
Fizik Gobi XM
Various Flites (had a white Flite years ago)
and LOADS more...

I've used a white Spoon for a year and a bit and it has been great. Most comfortable saddle I have found (for my arse) and the white has lasted well. Just replaced with a white Knife as the Spoon died in a crash.
Have Bel Air on other bikes but i've just built White Orange P7 and want to carry on theme.
