Goin up there tomorrow, not been before. I believe there are north and south routes, which one is best and how long are they.??

They are both really good, ride the south loop first and then the north. That way you will finish with a good descent into the car park.

Ride both, pick one to do first, stop for cake then do the other. Neither is particularly long so doing both is a must (for me) if you want to get anywhere near a decent ride in.

They were great fun when we were there a few weeks ago.

The rocks are VERY slippy, when wet, IRC.

very nice and smooth trail, no demanding climbs so you can do each loop around 2 times at least!

North bit is a bit more technical on the downhill, but the last bit makes up for everything ๐Ÿ˜‰

do both and don't forget to add on the 7km blue - very nice recent addition.

North loop is about 6.5miles, south is about 5miles. Both really good fun. North is definately a bit gnarlier with a corking good switchback finale.
Havent done the blue route but all the locals say its really good.
