[Closed] Which Welsh trail centre for family fun

I've semi convinced the wife to go on a 4 day camping hol with the bikes in Aug. Now, my usual trail centre is Afan, but lack of things for the family to do (wife+3yo lad), plus I'd like to try elsewhere, has ruled that out.
My lad will want to go on short rides with me and wife. Kids playgrounds, maybe trainrides, that sort of thing would be a good start. I'll be getting out on my bike for a few blasts too ๐Ÿ˜‰
Maybe I'm not looking far enough afield? Lake District could be a possibility, although I dont want to travel too far (from Portsmouth).

Any advice appreciated. TIA

Coed-Y-Brenin has a play ground and family trails i think, not far from barmouth either, nice beach and views.

We stayed here last Summer

it is right by the beach, plenty of clean showers/toilets, cracking chippy 5 mins away too.

Brechfa and Afan only 30 or so mins away.

Brechfa has some family friendly trails
