I've recently bought a bare 2009 Mongoose Canaan Team frame which i'm going to build up.
The bike takes an integrated headset and having looked at the Mongoose website, the bike uses the FSA IS-2. I'm assuiming that the link attached is the unit I need.

Does anyone have any experience using this headset? What other integrated headsets do you recommend?
