anybody know if any shops or online have stock of Medium Pad Kit for a hex?
mine have fallen apart

i might have some from a xen you can have, if you can show me a photo of what you are wanting. (ive got some red teardrop shaped things that are quite thin and hardish. Also an oval shaped, ~0.7cm thick, foam thing- there were more, ~4, at some point but ive lost them)

Try Chain Reaction, ordered a replacement set for my Giro Havoc from them last year, would think they'd have some for your Hex.

go to your lbs, normally they throw out tonnes of padding from helmets.
