USA, but pretty cheap.
wow, I just had a good look and can't find any UK shops doing them, pity they are a perfect size too... found a couple in the US, ebay and [url= http://www.universalcycles.com/shopping/product_details.php?id=1886&category=178 ]here[/url].. Could try visiting your LBS to ask if they can order them?!
